1. Service Description

Cliently is a software platform that helps users discover business opportunities and generates draft messages for the user to review, copy, and send from their own accounts (email, WhatsApp, DM, etc.). Cliently does not connect to, log into, or transmit messages from any user account, and never sends messages on a user's behalf. It is intended for professional use.

2. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for:

• All messages they send from their own accounts, including any message that originated as a Cliently-generated draft
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws (including anti-spam regulations) for every message they send
• The accuracy and appropriateness of any communications they send

Cliently does not send messages on your behalf, does not access your email, messaging, or social accounts, and does not guarantee results.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for spam or abusive messaging
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Misuse or resell data obtained through the platform

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Cliently operates on a subscription basis
• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (PayPal)
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled

5. Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion. Please contact support for any billing issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cliently is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any business outcomes resulting from use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
